What you will do

• Gain deep understanding of database structures and BI tools to build analytical solutions.
• Serve as first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement requests.
• Perform data analysis, create queries, programs, and automation under senior guidance.
• Gather requirements, prepare analyses to evaluate enterprise effectiveness.
• Develop technical skills in tools like Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and EPIC.
• Coordinate projects, manage workload, and participate in post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Hospital Administration OR 4 years of data analytics experience.
• EPIC “Proficient” certification required within probationary period.
• Experience with relational databases (design, testing, troubleshooting).
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, SQL/Oracle, and BI tools.
• Must read/write English legibly; ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
