What you will do

• Design and develop seasonal apparel collections from concept through production, focusing on streetwear, festival wear, and performance gear.
• Create mood boards, sketches, color palettes, technical flats, and detailed tech packs.
• Select fabrics, trims, and finishes that balance design intent, functionality, and cost feasibility.
• Partner with Production and Technical teams on prototyping and fit sessions to ensure design integrity.
• Research fashion and streetwear trends to identify whitespace opportunities and inform design direction.
• Develop exclusive capsule collections for festivals and special events using innovative materials and functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of apparel design experience, ideally in streetwear, performance wear, or music-related fashion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and CAD programs.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and production processes.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.
