What you will do

• Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for ML models.
• Train, evaluate, and validate ML models using Python and standard frameworks.
• Develop and maintain production-oriented Python scripts and modules.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated model training, testing, and deployment on Linux servers.
• Build Docker containers for ML models and manage on-premise deployments.
• Integrate and test Generative AI and LLM features into healthcare applications.
• Monitor model performance, document processes, and collaborate in Agile teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science or related + 1 year ML/software experience (internships qualify), OR Master’s in related field.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, model training, and API integration.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Foundational data analysis and sensitive data management skills.
• Good communication for documenting technical processes.
• Ability to work in primarily sedentary office or remote environment in Morgantown, WV area.

Nice to have

• Certifications or coursework in ML, data science, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ML and LLM frameworks.
