What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, integrating AI-assisted development as a standard workflow.
• Own features end-to-end, from design through production, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive AI adoption by introducing and scaling AI-driven workflows across the entire development lifecycle.
• Develop and support single-page applications using Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams and Product Managers to deliver measurable business value.
• Mentor other engineers and partner with engineering management to support technical growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend service development (Django, DRF, or FastAPI).
• Proven experience designing, building, and integrating APIs.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with Vue or React.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic infrastructure concepts.
