Senior Engineer (Python)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Python backend services and APIs using AI-assisted development and automation.
• Drive AI adoption by introducing and scaling AI-driven workflows across the development lifecycle.
• Own feature development end-to-end, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and support single-page applications using Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Managers to deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with Engineering Management to support technical growth and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend service development (Django, DRF, or FastAPI).
• Proven experience designing, building, and integrating APIs.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue or React.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
