What you will do
- Provide technical support to end users of C3PO and AMP utilizing ZenDesk, email, and Slack.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge bases for proprietary event systems.
- Produce new technical content and documentation for inclusion in system resources.
- Schedule and lead training sessions for C3PO and AMP users.
- Serve as the Application Administrator for internal event systems.
- Contribute to product development roadmaps for all event systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment.
- Familiarity with event management systems and CRM software.
- Foundational understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT security best practices.
- Ability to create clear and effective technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
