What you will do

• Provide technical support to end users of C3PO and AMP utilizing ZenDesk, email, and Slack.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge bases for proprietary event systems.
• Produce new technical content and documentation for inclusion in system resources.
• Schedule and lead training sessions for C3PO and AMP users.
• Serve as the Application Administrator for internal event systems.
• Contribute to product development roadmaps for all event systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment.
• Familiarity with event management systems and CRM software.
• Foundational understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT security best practices.
• Ability to create clear and effective technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
