What you will do

• Handle incoming calls and email inquiries with exceptional professional etiquette.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and prepare documentation for contracts and agreements.
• Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Update CRM records with payment statuses, follow-up dates, and detailed interaction logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or call center operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions and sensitive financial conversations.
• Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Brisbane Time.
