What you will do

• Lead cost negotiations with international and domestic factories and vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop products and review prototypes to ensure quality, brand aesthetic, and design intent.
• Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), technical packages, and cost sheets.
• Manage development schedules and WIP reports to meet all production milestones and deadlines.
• Travel to factories to oversee manufacturing quality control and ensure audit policy compliance.
• Partner with the Creative Director to refine seasonal concepts, color palettes, and materials.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in product development, design, or production within garment manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of raw materials and garment construction.
• Proven experience communicating and working with domestic and international manufacturers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring sponsorship for a visa.
