Salary: $1,100 – $1,350 CAD per week

What you will do

• Provide updates, priorities, and schedules for all shots to artists and production leadership.
• Maintain and update statuses and task assignments in Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid).
• Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including all necessary submission documentation.
• Document decisions and requests to ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately.
• Facilitate effective communication and clear daily delivery objectives between teams and production.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Prior experience coordinating on animated series or feature films.
• Experience with Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid/Shotgun).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have resided within British Columbia as of December 31, 2025.
• Strong time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain focused on both big-picture and details.
