What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Ensure alignment between demand planning, production scheduling, and customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
