What you will do

• Prepare and review customs documentation (invoices, pedimentos, certificates of origin) ensuring compliance with Mexican and U.S. requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Validate and reconcile customs entries against Annex 24 systems and maintain required databases.
• Monitor compliance with foreign trade regulations, trade agreements, and non-tariff regulations.
• Manage the archiving of physical and electronic documentation for IMMEX and U.S. customs operations.
• Participate in internal audits related to the IMMEX program, including report generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar import/export roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAT and VUCEM platforms.
• Proficiency with Annex 24 systems (Annex 30 is a plus).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
