What you will do

• Manage complex projects and programs tied to the development and implementation of technology solutions.
• Collaborate across organizations to develop detailed plans, including change control, testing, and documentation.
• Create proposals covering business objectives, technical specifications, timelines, and staffing.
• Monitor project health and schedules using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate resources, assess costs, and communicate expectations to team members.
• Conduct project close-out assessments and document recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• PMP certification.
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New Albany, Ohio, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with building Project Management Offices (PMO).
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
