What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV, Fiber optics, Data networks, and access control systems.
• Respond to service tickets in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with customers and management to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and system programming.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Technician or in a similar field role.
• Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, computer hardware, hand tools, and telecommunication systems.
• Competence in computer networking and cabling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
