What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and upgrade software solutions in customer environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid setups.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during deployment and onboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across application, infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Implement and maintain environments using automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Develop technical documentation, including deployment guides, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
• Perform mobile forensic activities within the company lab or at customer sites.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Deployment Engineering, DevOps, System Administration, or a related technical role.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix and Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer locations.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Baseline clearance.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or government environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, SQL, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Ability to train and onboard end users post-deployment.
