What you will do

• Provide post-sales support to customers across various communication channels.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries using Shopify and HubSpot.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Track and document all customer interactions accurately.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams via Slack.
• Ensure timely resolution of concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and HubSpot.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during the 8am EST to 5:30pm EST shift.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure in a fast-paced remote environment.
