What you will do

• Oversee the entire software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Champion best practices including TDD, pair programming, and the use of design patterns.
• Design technical solutions and make pragmatic technology tradeoffs to solve client problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize and advocate for DevSecOps tools to shift security left in the development process.
• Mentor and coach less experienced peers to foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience leading software development teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
• English: Advanced level (C1) for professional conversation.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of functional programming paradigms or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with platform engineering.
