What you will do

• Lead full-stack architecture decisions and drive shared platform strategies across backend, frontend, and cloud ecosystems.
• Design and build scalable distributed systems and high-performance RESTful APIs or gRPC services using Go.
• Develop modern web interfaces using React, utilizing hooks, context, and advanced state management.
• Implement robust testing strategies, including integration and end-to-end (E2E) tests, to ensure system reliability.
• Optimize performance across the full stack and manage cloud-native infrastructure.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating with product, design, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on Go and React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket or real-time communication protocols.
• Industry experience in gaming, virtual currency, digital commerce, or fintech.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
