TL;DR
Support Specialist (Assessing): Provide professional, courteous support for Software’s Assessing applications, troubleshooting customer data issues and recommending corrective actions with an accent on building relationships and efficient resolution. Focus on assessing needs through progressive questioning, relaying technical concepts, and collaborating with QA and developers.
In-person support and travel up to 20%; US work eligibility required (E-Verify, I-9 process)

What you will do
- Complete 6-9 month onboarding process.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Troubleshoot issues by assessing needs and providing tailored solutions via phone, email, or in-person.
- Relay technical and procedural concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with QA to test changes and resolve issues.
- Handle individual projects and data conversion as needed.
Requirements
- Must have active MCAO or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in technical support or customer-focused role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to explain procedural concepts and maintain composure under stress
- Versatility to handle multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with team to support company growth
