What you will do

• Translate high-level ideas into structured initiatives, programs, and partnership concepts
• Develop frameworks, concept documents, and development roadmaps
• Package initiatives into clear narratives for internal alignment and decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams across brand, content, product, partnerships, and marketing
• Define development pathways from concept to execution readiness
• Drive progress and momentum across initiatives with minimal oversight

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in creative development, brand innovation, strategic partnerships, or related fields
• Experience structuring multi-team creative initiatives or programs
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear frameworks and plans
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, and business teams
• Ability to operate in fluid, fast-evolving environments
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
