What you will do

• Design and develop logical and physical data models and overall data architecture.
• Translate complex business user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing of migration solutions, from internal validation to UAT.
• Lead client workshops to analyze business processes across various industries.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience in analytical solutions, data architecture, and DWH principles.
• Proven ability to transform business requirements into architectural solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes across multiple industries.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• English fluency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Zagreb, Croatia.
