What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines for contract management and AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and experts to prototype and build data solutions
• Contribute to contract modeling, automated pricing, and payer policy intelligence
• Draft technical designs and documentation
• Prioritize feedback from internal customers and iterate quickly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years with data models, pipelines, and analytical solutions in Python and SQL
• Experience with pandas, polars, OOP/functional patterns, and debugging
• Familiarity with Django or willingness to learn; ETL/ELT with Airflow, dbt; AWS services
• Comfortable working remotely in US business hours
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on scalability, performance, and business needs

Nice to have

• Healthcare data (claims, eligibility), revenue cycle, payer-provider contracts
• Text classification, entity resolution, RAG pipelines, vector databases
• AI coding agents and LLMs in workflows
