What you will do

• Ensure operations follow rigorous safety guidelines and foster a strong safety culture
• Track site performance metrics, collect feedback on vehicle issues, and report to engineering
• Troubleshoot escalations, monitor vehicle health, and coach autonomous vehicle operators
• Interact with riders, follow incident protocols, and test software changes
• Train new operators, collaborate across sites, and represent the company externally
• Travel to other sites as needed for support and training

Requirements

• 3+ years in fast-adapting, customer-focused environment
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and ability to make judgment calls
• Proficiency with laptop and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, early mornings, evenings, holidays

Nice to have

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related
• Prior experience in operations or logistics
• Working knowledge of Google Suite
