Location: San Francisco, CA, USA only (in-office 5 days a week)

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Lead product marketing for key hirify.global features, owning strategy for awareness and market penetration
• Collaborate with engineering to create customer-facing value messaging from functionality and benefits
• Develop outbound content like blogs, videos, tutorials, webinars, and social media for target personas
• Enable sales and field teams with training, pitch decks, and playbooks
• Plan and execute feature launches with operational marketing, creating supporting materials
• Support hirify.global events and trade shows to showcase products

Requirements

• 8+ years product marketing experience or 2+ years post-MBA management/strategy consulting
• Experience in software, SaaS, Developer Tools, or DevOps
• Proven product positioning and messaging skills
• Customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting experience
