What you will do

• Lead and develop the product management team to deliver the spectrum-monitoring portfolio.
• Define and evolve portfolio strategy, roadmap, go-to-market, pricing, and value propositions.
• Drive market and competitive intelligence, translating insights into prioritized investments.
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and project management for system launches.
• Support sales in complex bids, enablement, and act as escalation point.
• Represent the company in standardization bodies, events, and with key customers.
• Grow the organization, develop talent, and track commercial targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven product management track record leading teams, owning strategy and roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in market development, customer analysis, competitor assessment, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market, pricing models (SaaS/subscription), and business cases.
• Practical knowledge of RF and signal-analysis for spectrum monitoring (SDR, detection).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German and English; willing to travel.
