What you will do

• Perform data analysis and FinOps operations to improve autonomous cloud optimization system
• Maximize customer savings by optimizing discount instruments like Reserved Instances and Savings Plans across AWS, Azure, GCP
• Identify and resolve operational gaps, anomalies, and edge cases in discount instruments and service usage
• Leverage data to drive decisions mitigating risk and maximizing savings
• Own operational challenges end-to-end from diagnosis to resolution

Requirements

• Located in the United States
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with numbers, discount instruments, service use data, and spreadsheet analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail and track record of accuracy
• Self-directed with strong sense of ownership

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep knowledge of cloud FinOps concepts, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, billing mechanics
• Experience with FinOps tools or platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Background in finance, accounting, or billing operations
