What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable distributed systems using cloud-native technologies and service-oriented architectures.
• Develop backend applications, integrations, APIs, and data services for core supply chain operations.
• Own technical delivery from design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and security.
• Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to deliver robust solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles at technology or product-driven companies
• Proficient in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript with strong distributed systems foundation
• Deep care for reliability, safety, and performance in production
• Track record thriving in fast-growing environments navigating ambiguity
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and systems integration

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to modern data platforms, workflow orchestration, AI-enabled enterprise tooling
