TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS): Implementing and supporting infrastructure improvements to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery times with an accent on containerization, cloud orchestration, and CI/CD automation. Focus on bridging the gap between development and operations, managing stakeholders, and ensuring system reliability.
Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attain UK Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Implement and support infrastructure improvements to increase efficiency and software quality.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams including Development, QA, IT Operations, and Infosec to apply DevOps best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support business needs within the DevOps team.
- Manage and influence stakeholders to ensure effective service operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in AWS and creating/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to attain UK Security Clearance.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and GitOps principles.
- Knowledge of Java (Spring), Kafka, and Liquibase.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting.
- Experience with various ecosystem databases and monitoring tools.
