What you will do

• Lead architectural design for complex software projects across backend and frontend.
• Build and maintain features bridging backend infrastructure and frontend user experience.
• Mentor and guide small groups of engineers while supporting engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams.
• Ensure overall code quality, best practices, and high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience building complex software.
• Full-stack expertise with significant backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React) experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading design of complex software systems and architectural patterns.
• Highly independent, excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with scalable distributed data processing.
• AWS Lambda/Cloud functions, GCP pub/sub.
• Cloud automation and IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK.
• Server-side rendering, web accessibility, modern frontend testing.
• Experience in the electric power industry.
