PSC Design & Execution Engineer

What you will do

• Develop solutions for PCS, software development, and delivery including PLC control sequence flow charts, IO tag and network device databases.
• Review and create electrical diagrams and technical submittals; advise on SCADA systems and network topologies.
• Collaborate with clients, software developers, electrical engineers, and project managers to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing data and updating PLC/SCADA configurations.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, logic diagrams, and updates while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on electrical schematics, project design, and system operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, automation, or related field.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block.
• Experience with SCADA or BAS platforms (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, Triudium, GE iFIX, EcoStructure).
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, DCIM, BACNET).
• Proficiency in UL508A requirements, ANSI standards, and familiarity with IEC standards; working knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, UPS, ATS.
• Proven project management ability in engineering or industrial automation; excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder skills.
