What you will do

• Design and implement authentication/authorization systems and secure admin panels using industry protocols.
• Architect scalable microservices for identity and access management with high availability.
• Conduct security reviews, optimize workflows, and respond to incidents during on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate needs into secure, usable solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Document architecture and stay current with security trends and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience focused on backend systems
• 5+ years hands-on with authentication/authorization systems
• Advanced proficiency in Golang (Java, Python, C++ acceptable with willingness to learn Go)
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, security practices, and cryptography
• Experience with relational databases, microservices, distributed systems, and admin interfaces
• Strong analytical skills, version control proficiency, and communication abilities
