What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to craft experiences driving user engagement, conversion, and advertiser success.
• Lead user research, identify friction points, and align opportunities with commercial strategy.
• Mentor and guide a team of two product designers, fostering growth and accountability.
• Define design vision, evolve design systems, and ensure pixel-perfect execution with engineering.
• Conduct user testing and usability validation for major releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product or UX Design, including 6-12 months in leadership or mentorship.
• Strong UI/UX craft with high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research using tools like Hotjar, Wootric, Google Analytics.
• Experience improving design processes and design system management.
• Expert in Figma, Miro; understanding of front-end technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
