🚨 We’re Hiring: #HeadOfLegal | #Remote | #Latvia
Join a fast-moving international #FinTech ! We're looking for a Head of Legal to support EMI licensing, legal strategy, and regulatory compliance at a growing Payment Service Provider with global reach.
As Head of Legal, you will:
🔵 Lead legal work linked to EMI licensing and ongoing compliance
🔵 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and financial contracts
🔵 Build legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
🔵 Advise senior management on regulatory and operational matters
🔵 Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Operations on licensing and audits
We're seeking someone with 3+ years of legal experience in FinTech or regulated financial services, strong EU regulatory knowledge, contract drafting expertise, and fluent English; Latvian or Russian is a plus.
💶 Salary: €4,000–€7,000 monthly
