What you will do

• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation for group entities, including board/shareholder minutes and powers of attorney.
• Manage legal filings and submissions to institutions and registers such as the Commercial Register and Nasdaq CSD.
• Draft and review standard and ad-hoc service and administrative contracts, including NDAs and lease agreements.
• Provide legal assistance for complex investor cases, including inheritances, insolvencies, and data processing requests.
• Optimize legal workflows by applying automations and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Marketing to deliver legal outcomes.

Requirements

• Law degree from a reputable university and at least 2 years of post-university legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Very good legal Latvian and English, with hands-on experience in drafting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commercial awareness to provide practical solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in law or LLM.
• Applied understanding of EU legal regulatory frameworks for FinTechs and Latvian Commercial Law.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience with project management software (JIRA, Asana) and AI productivity tools.
