What you will do

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software for device protocol communications.
• Architect scalable solutions balancing performance and maintainability.
• Research emerging technologies and champion their adoption.
• Guide software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and engineering teams on impactful solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and career guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 5+ years professional experience delivering complex projects.
• Advanced OOP skills, preferably in C#.
• Strong experience with database design, SQL, and backend services.
• Solid track record in unit testing and automated testing.
• Experience in distributed systems, real-time communications, or high-performance applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (Ember.js, Angular, React).
• Experience in IoT or home automation.
