What you will do

• Ensure optimal team member availability for excellent customer service levels
• Create staff schedules and rotas, provide management information against budgets, manage holidays, and monitor schedule adherence
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand team needs, build relationships, and resolve issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar role and with workforce management software
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Proven ability to analyze large data volumes and produce reports
• At least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship available
