What you will do

• Operate as a core member of the Outdoor leadership team, influencing commercial strategy and key decisions
• Own gross margin performance, driving accountability in revenue, pricing, costs, and investments
• Lead performance planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans
• Develop pricing strategies and agency deal structures to optimise yield and align incentives
• Evaluate franchise bids, asset investments, and drive cost optimisation
• Ensure financial governance, data integrity, and partner with Group FP&A and Reporting Hub
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in commercial, asset-heavy environments
• Credibility to influence senior commercial leaders and executives
• Strong communication to distil complex concepts into actionable narratives
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive and board levels
• Track record in financial performance, margin improvement, and value creation
• Advanced financial modelling, analytics, pricing strategy, and capital investment evaluation
• Strategic thinking in complex environments and collaborative leadership
