• Establish benchmarks for "great content" in the Brazilian market using data analysis and cultural judgment.
• Manage the full content performance lifecycle, connecting execution results back to strategic priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, SEO, Marketing, and Education teams to maximize market impact.
• Curate a diverse content library reflecting various Brazilian user needs across professional, personal, and educational use cases.
• Design and manage diverse production pipelines involving freelance designers, local creators, and AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

• Experience treating content as a product experience rather than a marketing tool.
