What you will do

• Develop and operate the core backend engine handling millions of published, searched, and booked trips worldwide.
• Facilitate the publication and management of driver inventory to grow long-distance carpool usage.
• Foster efficient carpool matching by ensuring reliable access to the global supply.
• Implement and leverage geographical intelligence for internal backend teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to shape and implement new product features.
• Work closely with Demand squads to ensure seamless integration of supply-side functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a backend engineer (confirmed level).
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-stack engineering team.
• Experience with high-load systems handling millions of transactions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
