What you will do

• Conduct 3-phase omnichannel search audit across Google, YouTube, TikTok: category assessment, share-of-visibility analysis, content audit with actionable strategies.
• Perform web performance audit: analyze keyword gaps, site efficiency, user engagement signals, benchmark competitors, deliver prioritized roadmap.
• Maintain technical SEO: monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, site health; collaborate with developers on fixes and best practices.
• Drive CRO initiatives: analyze user journeys, test implementations like CTAs and landing pages with dev and data teams.
• Provide 2026 SEO retainer: keyword research, editorial guidance, content optimization, monthly KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years hands-on SEO experience (technical, content, strategic)
• Expertise in search audits, technical SEO, content optimization, web performance, CRO
• Deep understanding of Thai digital landscape, user behavior, search platforms
• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Hotjar
• Excellent communication to translate data into recommendations
• Experience with editorial, data, developer teams cross-functionally
