What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
• Develop and execute content strategies, including keyword research and detailed briefs for writers.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Monitor site health and keyword performance using industry-standard tools like Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with account strategists to manage client tasks and budgets via Asana.
• Proactively flag technical issues and contribute to internal SEO process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, content, and local domains.
• Deep expertise in WordPress, including direct implementation of SEO changes and schema markup.
• Expert-level proficiency with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the legal vertical or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with log file analysis and crawl budget optimization.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
