What you will do

• Provide strategic editorial direction to boost content quality, SEO visibility, and engagement across beauty categories.
• Oversee Vietnam editorial team, recruit and manage Vietnamese content contributors including writers and bloggers.
• Lead high-volume content production: produce and edit 2–4 optimized articles daily, maintain content calendar.
• Collaborate with SEO teams on keyword strategies, performance analysis, and content migration projects.
• Monitor trends, ensure brand tone consistency, handle technical content issues, and support special campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• Minimum 7+ years in digital editorial roles specializing in beauty/lifestyle/wellness content
• Strong SEO expertise: keyword research, optimization, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Advanced CMS proficiency (e.g., WordPress), metadata tagging, content migration experience
• Team leadership: manage small teams and freelancers, high emotional intelligence
• Excellent time management in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
