What you will do
- Maintain and improve digital content quality across Wholesale Banking channels using Bloomreach CMS.
- Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with senior decision-makers at large corporate organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on content improvements and best practices.
- Measure content performance using Adobe Analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage content lifecycle, including structure, governance, and multi-language translations.
- Deliver training and develop guidelines to raise overall content maturity within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Near-native English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proven expertise in storytelling, content lifecycle management, and SEO/GEO.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website domain management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Bloomreach CMS.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging content technologies.
