What you will do

  • Maintain and improve digital content quality across Wholesale Banking channels using Bloomreach CMS.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with senior decision-makers at large corporate organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on content improvements and best practices.
  • Measure content performance using Adobe Analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage content lifecycle, including structure, governance, and multi-language translations.
  • Deliver training and develop guidelines to raise overall content maturity within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Near-native English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Proven expertise in storytelling, content lifecycle management, and SEO/GEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website domain management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Bloomreach CMS.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and emerging content technologies.
