What you will do

• Lead ideation, planning, and execution of social media campaigns, developing content plans and calendars.
• Oversee content production including static posts, Stories, Reels/TikTok, with shot lists and scripts.
• Manage creator/influencer partnerships from sourcing to deliverables.
• Handle scheduling, publishing, real-time monitoring, and post-campaign ROI analysis.
• Contribute to new business pitches with competitor analysis, trends, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in social media management, preferably in agency setting.
• Proven end-to-end campaign experience from strategy to reporting.
• Experience in creator/influencer management and content production for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
• Strong project management, analytics, and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media tools for scheduling and analytics.
