What you will do

• Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push, in-app, and pop-ups.
• Plan, launch, and control CRM campaigns based on communication plans.
• Analyze performance using key metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Run A/B tests, build/optimize automated flows, and segment users by behavior/lifecycle.
• Handle email templates with HTML/CSS, monitor deliverability, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to enhance user experience and metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years in CRM or email marketing.
• Hands-on with Customer.io and ESP/CDP tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Experience with multiple channels: email, SMS, push, in-app, pop-ups.
• Understanding of trigger-based communications, HTML/CSS for templates, and deliverability.
• Knowledge of CRM metrics (open/click rate, conversion, retention, churn).
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.

Nice to have

• Experience in betting, gambling, or high-load digital projects.
• Working with large user databases.
