What you will do
- Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push, in-app, and pop-ups.
- Plan, launch, and control CRM campaigns based on communication plans.
- Analyze performance using key metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Run A/B tests, build/optimize automated flows, and segment users by behavior/lifecycle.
- Handle email templates with HTML/CSS, monitor deliverability, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to enhance user experience and metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years in CRM or email marketing.
- Hands-on with Customer.io and ESP/CDP tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Experience with multiple channels: email, SMS, push, in-app, pop-ups.
- Understanding of trigger-based communications, HTML/CSS for templates, and deliverability.
- Knowledge of CRM metrics (open/click rate, conversion, retention, churn).
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
Nice to have
- Experience in betting, gambling, or high-load digital projects.
- Working with large user databases.
