Location: Remote in Singapore only. Comfortable working some U.S. time zone for team meetings.

What you will do

• Configure and manage AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure, including monitoring and fine-tuning services.
• Optimize resources for cost governance, budgeting, and reporting using CloudWatch and Stackdriver metrics.
• Handle software upgrades, patching, disaster recovery, and data backups.
• Maintain continuous integration environments and support production applications with security practices.
• Own release processes across environments and investigate production issues.
• Ensure system pipelines health and runtime consistency.

Requirements

• Located in Singapore (remote only).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including basic networking.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Redshift, Route53, CodeDeploy, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Kinesis, CloudWatch, SQS) and equivalent GCP services.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Ansible, Terraform, BitBucket Pipelines, Chef, Serverless.
• Prior experience supporting engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Responsiveness via Slack; mobile phone with Slack required (provided).
• Comfortable with some U.S. time zone overlap for meetings.
