What you will do

• Calibrate, repair, install, and integrate weighing and measurement equipment, ranging from high-precision laboratory balances to truck scales.
• Perform electronic and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs at customer facilities and in-house.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry into service software.
• Shadow senior technicians and service managers to master device calibration and repair techniques.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and coworkers across various industries.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Three years of experience in calibration or a related technical field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in electronic and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Valid CDL-B license is strongly preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs and work in various physical positions (standing, kneeling, bending).

Nice to have

• Specific experience with weights and scales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
