What you will do

• Perform hands-on field calibrations for pipettes and a wide range of laboratory and utility instrumentation.
• Manage third-party calibration vendors, including coordinating shipping and tracking service schedules.
• Maintain a rigorous inventory of calibrated assets to ensure all equipment is audit-ready.
• Oversee the procurement and stocking of essential gases and consumables required for daily calibration.
• Operate within sterile cleanrooms and GMP-regulated labs following strict safety and gowning protocols.
• Collaborate with onsite lab staff and external vendors to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Experience in a GMP, Biotech, or highly regulated industrial equipment environment is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking.
• Ability to learn and use specialized Calibration Management Software.
• Willingness to perform field work in utility plants and sterile laboratory environments.
