What you will do

• Lead the ERP Center of Excellence (COE) to establish standards, policies, and processes for platform management.
• Drive the ERP Platform Architecture Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT best practices.
• Oversee SAP S/4 HANA PCE/RISE migrations and the implementation of clean core principles.
• Manage ERP security strategies to optimize SOX/SOD compliance and audit responses.
• Direct the ERP Development Team and the Community of Practice to build cohesive roadmaps and standards.
• Partner with cross-functional units (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to align IT strategies with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, SAP architecture, or enterprise technology management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA), ABAP Development, and ERP Security.
• Proven experience with GxP application compliance, CSV principles, and global integration strategies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP PA, MySQL, AWS, or Cybersecurity certifications.
