Location: Position may be based in Marietta, Georgia or remote; primarily remote client delivery with possible onsite client meetings. Must meet ITAR and EAR requirements as a U.S. Person or be eligible for licensing.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Power Platform engagements: requirements discovery, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Design and build Power Apps integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Azure services.
• Develop Power Automate flows for automation, approvals, integrations, data sync.
• Build Copilot Studio solutions for intelligent chatbots and virtual agents.
• Modernize legacy solutions from SharePoint, InfoPath, Nintex; collaborate on architecture and governance.
• Contribute to reusable components, PowerShell automation, risk identification, best practices, certifications, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years delivering Microsoft-based business solutions; 3+ years on Power Platform with Power Apps focus.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio; integrations with SharePoint, M365, SQL/Azure SQL, REST APIs.
• PowerShell scripting, JavaScript for customizations, Azure services knowledge.
• Analytical skills to translate business needs to technical solutions; consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication for Director-level stakeholders; multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s in CS/MIS/Business or equivalent; proficient in MS Office suite, Teams, DevOps.
