What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces aligned with Section 508 standards.
• Develop backend services and APIs to support critical healthcare and operational systems.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality and development speed.
• Integrate AI capabilities, such as OpenAI APIs and NLP services, into applications.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or Azure AI services.
• Familiarity with VA systems or federal healthcare environments.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
